Once engaged, our Partners don’t just hand over their money. First, we provide one or more excellent and certifiable acquisition opportunities in emerging markets throughout the country. We then provide a road map that instructs on how to navigate the opportunities with no charges up front. From here, partners can decide whether or not they wish to pursue the equity pool we’ve selected for them.

The engagement structure we employ ensures our Partners that they have the option to maintain sole control over their funds. A classic structural binary we employ is to formally establish our Partner as Chief Executive Officer, with unilateral signatory authority. While the principal of Avalon acts as Chief Operating Officer, with authority to direct the transaction, but without access or direction of the capital placed into the transaction unless otherwise specified.

The classic structural binary we employ is for our partner to be named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with sole authority to move money into and out of a transaction that Avalon creates on their behalf. The principal of Avalon will be named Chief Operating Officer (COO) to direct the transaction. However, the COO will not have authority to move the money unless otherwise specified in writing.

Each transaction will be given specific written directions that our designated CEO will receive first dollar disbursement of any buyer side credits or commission to a specified amount. Any monies after the specified amount has gone to CEO will be credited and or disbursed to the discretion of Avalon.

Should anything not go as planned Avalon will be afforded the opportunity to correct any occurrence within 90 days of original closing date. Should Avalon not be able to rectify any errant circumstance, and provided the partner has fulfilled  his or her responsibilities to the transaction, Avalon will agree to refund the monies placed into the transaction by that partner unless otherwise specified in writing.
