For ZERO out of pocket, we will hunt down one or more properties that have at least $100,000 of separate or combined certifiable equity. You pay nothing until you’ve vetted the entire opportunity first. Let me say that again, you pay nothing until you’ve vetted the entire opportunity first. And then you can decide if you wish to move forward. There is no financial obligation if you decide not to. But if you DO decide to take advantage of the hundred thousand dollars of equity we put in front of you, understand that we operate through direct content, and immediate immersion. So please be ready to go! Our initial payment is $250 to move everything forward. So to recap, at this point you’ll only pay $250 for us to place at least $100,000 of equity at your disposal. That’s huge! 

We then connect with all services necessary to close on your project, including the hazard and title insurance. 

And finally, we connect you with a good ACQUISITION LOAN. But is that it? Not a chance! We also connect our partners to Earnest money deposit lenders, gap and bridge fund lenders, and even d s c r lenders whenever needed. So on most of the deals we present, it may be possible for our partners to acquire a project worth tens or hundreds of thousands or more, with relatively no money out of pocket besides our engagement expense. This is definitely a huge win with life changing possibilities. But please do note: Once your main acquisition loan has been pre-approved, or the initial terms have been committed through one of our lenders, the balance of our engagement fee will be due at twenty two hundred, fifty dollars.
