The Avalon Capital Lease Program was designed for our Acquisition Partners to simply borrow the up front funds necessary to initiate a real estate property purchase. And the amount our Partners have to come in with is miniscule compared to the great sums they would otherwise have to come in with for each transaction. Whereas most investors must deploy thousands of dollars to acquire a project, we can make it so our Partners only put up a few hundred in many cases.
