The Difference between our strategies versus most outdated strategies like typical BRRRR methods is time on task. For example, the center three ‘Rs’ in the B-RRR-R theorem involve an elapse of time which could take a few months or even a few years, and prove critical to the success or failure of a given project. HOWEVER, our strategy concentrates more-so on the speed of the capital markets and aggressive business management.
The Key is that today’s money markets typically move faster than any given property or project. BUT the financial stratosphere “will still” allow for movement into and out of property matters before the center elements of the BRRRR strategy can play out. This is a dichotomy created through our real estate and financial systems that should never have be allowed. But it has. And if you know what to look for, there are no signs of this system being curtailed in the foreseeable future.
