Its our contention that anyone can become a millionaire sooner or later with the right working content, but our over forty years of direct experience specifically calls out a strategy that highlights “stealth, speed, management, and repetition” to create millions of dollars within a much shorter time window. We must MOVE ON THE MISSION.

The Difference between our strategies versus most outdated strategies like typical BRRRR methods is time on task. For example, the center three ‘Rs’ in the B-RRR-R theorem involve an elapse of time which could take a few months or even a few years, and prove critical to the success or failure of a given project. HOWEVER, our strategy concentrates more-so on the speed of the capital markets and aggressive business management.

The Key is that today’s money markets typically move faster than any given property or project. BUT the financial stratosphere “will still” allow for movement into and out of property matters before the center elements of the BRRRR strategy can play out. This is a dichotomy created through our real estate and financial systems that should never have be allowed. But it has. And if you know what to look for, there are no signs of this system being curtailed in the foreseeable future. Due to demand we can not guarantee any property we submit in our offering memorandums will be available once posted to any of the Partners we have engaged. Once an acquisition is no longer available it is highly likely we will select and upload another project within a 24 to 48 hour time span. If our featured offering below doesn’t come up to one hundred thousand dollars or more, don’t worry, that just means we’re coming in with another one or more.
