It is our pleasure to present our Avalon Luxury Unit Conversion Portal. Our personal commitment is to provide each and every Avalon Luxury Corridor Unit resident with an exceptional living experience tailored to their needs and discerning tastes. Pricing varies between projects, but our units are each custom designed with features that are anything but basic. Please do inquire for more information. Avalon Luxury Corridor Units are for partners who wish to participate in projects that have seven figure potential. To this regard we have developed a Luxury unit Portal that can capture millions of dollars of profit within a single project.
Avalon may offer units to specified real estate investors prior to the luxury package being completed to one or more of our units. These units will be sold at a significant discount and then be subject to resale at retail market by the investor we offer the presale unit to. Pre-Luxury units start at $299,000 to our investor partners, and will sale for at least $499,000 to end user buyers once the units have been completed. We will offer Private Money Loans to our real estate investor crowd and may opt to furnish Purchase Money Finance to the end user buyers of our finished units.
PRIVATE MONEY LOANS: We may be interested in extending private money loans to our Luxury Unit investors for acquisition and renovations. Once the renovations have been complete the unit will be placed on the open market. Upon sell our loan will be paid off by then new end user buyer through a commercial loan.
PURCHASE MONEY LOANS: We may also opt to furnish Purchase Money Finance to the end user buyers of our finished units on a case-by-case basis.
PARTNERSHIPS: We may elect to create partnerships case by case for our Luxury Unit projects. Each project will have different considerations based on financial participation of each partner. However, a participation fee must be extended from each investment partner prior to consideration. Fees are commensurate to various levels of participation.
In accordance with process and availability Avalon will take unit reservations on a “First come – First serve” basis. Each end user buyer is considered a prospective partner to the projects we produce. Each partnership created will have a fee due upon engagement, and is not part of any deposit taken for the acquisition of one of our units. End Users, Partners, or Investors who wish to purchase individual units may do so at the current discounted pricing noted in our portal. However, the discounted pricing is only applicable to units that have not been renovated by our custom design team and buyers will agree to the same terms & clauses that come with fully designed units.
A non-refundable initiation fee of $1,500 is collected from each Partner. Half of the fee will be due upon engagement. A full financial analysis on a pre-canvassed project will be given to each Partner complete with most recent market activity. We will also supply all contractual engagements necessary for the completion of a given project. For more information you may contact us at your convenience.
Note: Reservation fees are collected once a project has gone into escrow and will not be released to Avalon until close of escrow on each acquisition.
