Thank you for reviewing the Avalon Private Equity Group finance partner portal. We designed this portal to function somewhat like a hedge fund. However, the primary difference is our funds do not place funds into volatile capital markets that are based on less than stable market factors. Our funds are placed directly into very specific property asset properties or pools (tranches) that have been presold to “End User Buyers”. Once the properties have been sold, and cosmetic renovations complete, our partners may opt to take their pro-rated profits in whole or part, and or roll their funds into one or more of our similar property tranches. The purchase and renovation process may take as little as six months under typical circumstances.
We are very adept in finding projects that have higher than typical equity positions in most cases, and we insure each of our end user buyers are very well qualified to purchase our units prior to taking in capital from our Partners. Our management fee is based on three percent of total funds allocation and we make a thirty percent of net profits made in through the fund. (3 – 30 )
