FEES FOR SERVICE: For every dollar paid to Avalon, we will produce a minimal of ten times that amount in certifiable equity within fifteen days of the paid engagement. Please ask us how. (Min $5,000 – Max $50k).
EXPENSES: Current expenses are $250 per day with a minimum of three days for onboarding and acquisition lead in. Additional days will be approved by partners or clients in writing. All expenses are paid up front.
RAPID FIRE CLOSINGS: This service calls for the simultaneous acquisition of two or more properties to be closed concurrently.
PARTNERSHIP INTEREST: Each property will be vested into a partnership between the client and Avalon of no greater than 30% interest going to Avalon, and 70% to the Acquisition Partner.
